Timeline of the call process:
June – mid July: Pastoral Profile Survey with the congregation
Mid July: Congregational Demographics Self Study
Late July: Share survey results with congregation, Nominations received from the congregation
August: Survey results sent to Synod
October: Synod results analyzed
November: Begin interviewing candidates
December/January: Call candidate, Repeat as necessary

The Call Committee gave an update at the Breakfast with the Boards last Sunday, August 28th. Visit the Call Committee webpage for the summaries of the Pastoral Profile Survey, as well as the Pastoral Nomination Form. You can get a copyof the entire results doceument from the church office. Please note the nomination deadline is September 18th.

The Pastoral Profile Surveys have been submitted and we are moving to the next step of our call process in search of a Senior Pastor. Tentatively, we are scheduled to have a congregational breakfast with Board of Directors on Sunday, August 28th, 9:45am-10:45am, to discuss the results of the Pastoral Profile Survey the district will compile for us. We are currently working on the Congregational Self Study, which will be finished by August 5th. The Call Committee, working in conjunction with our District office, will make a Pastoral Profile Survey available to the congregation in early June. Your input is important as we seek to discern who God is calling to be our next Senior Pastor. We expect the Survey to be completed in July. At that point we will begin the process of receiving nominations and conducting interviews through the Fall. A Vacancy News webpage will soon be posted where you can find the latest updates and information related to the pastoral search process.
